Wisnio is now AssessioAI: Connecting Talent Data to Business Context

We’re launching a new version of Wisnio and rebranding the platform as AssessioAI.

This goes far beyond a simple update. We are not doing this just to go along with the AI wave, we truly believe that recent advancements in AI finally let us unlock the full value of assessment data.

Here’s what the new platform gives you:

  • Richer profiles
More nuanced, actionable insights thanks to Assessio’s science and proprietary data. You’ll now see Big Five subscales, practical development tips, and unique strengths you can leverage when working with each team member.

  • Assessment data in business context
Add resumes, interview notes, role briefs, or even a value creation plan, and get insights that are tied directly to that context. It means you’re no longer asking, “What does this score mean in general?” but instead, “What does this data mean for this role, this plan, this team?” It’s hard to overstate how big of a shift this is - it completely transforms how assessment data is actually used in business decisions.

  • Context-aware AI answers.
With WisGPT you can now ask the kinds of questions leaders actually ask: “How should we onboard this person so they succeed here?” “Where could this candidate struggle with our current strategy?” or “What should I watch out for in how these two people work together?” The answers come back tied to real data, not just generic coaching tips.

When we started Wisnio, our objective was simple: give business leaders better tools for the most important decisions they ever make - who to hire, and how to help their team perform. I’ve always thought it’s insane that for almost every other major business decision you expect solid data, but when it comes to people, leaders are left with little
more than intuition.

We never set out to invent new psychometrics or define the “perfect team.” That doesn’t exist. The real gap has always been connecting people data with the questions leaders actually ask in the moments when decisions need to be made.

The first time we ran our team data models through an LLM and asked questions about our own team, I was completely blown away. It was the missing piece that finally connected what we can reliably measure about people with the actual business context where decisions happen.

But AI alone isn’t enough. Decisions about people and businesses aren’t a creative writing exercise; they require facts and accountability. That’s why we rebuilt our data model from scratch. Every answer in AssessioAI is grounded in science, tied back to the right data, and transparent about where it comes from.

For hard facts like calculating behavioral profiles or comparing candidates against a
benchmark, we use proven, validated methods. For the messier questions, like how a team might deliver on a strategy, we add the right context and let the AI interpret it. Either way, you always see the source behind the answer, so you know exactly what it’s based on.

Rebuilding meant starting over. A platform that took us seven years to build had to be redone in less than one. It was a crazy, busy year, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team that pulled it off. This is by far the most interesting and impactful thing we’ve ever built.

To our clients and partners: thank you. You’ve pushed us every year to go further, and this release is the direct result of that. I hope you find it genuinely useful in your daily work. And if the transition causes any hassle, let us know - we are here to help.

The new Wisnio, now AssessioAI, is a big step forward, and I am keen to see how it works for you in practice and what we should push further.
